Petco Continues to Expand In-Store Pet Services Offerings
Pet specialty retailer will celebrate the grand openings of one new veterinarian hospital; a first-of-its-kind pet care store, PetCoach; and a grand re-opening of one relocated store in August
SAN DIEGO, Aug. 10, 2018 -- Petco, a leading specialty retailer of premium pet food, supplies and services, will open one new veterinarian hospital in Clinton, UT as well as its first-of-its-kind pet care store, PetCoach, in San Marcos, CA. The company will also celebrate the grand re-opening of one relocated store in Las Vegas, NV this month.
PetCoach is a new concept in total pet care and its new model’s on-site services include grooming, training, veterinary care, nutrition consultations, day care, self-wash, mobile vet house calls and dog walking – all in one place.
The PetCoach store located at 141 So. Las Posas Rd., San Marcos, CA 92078 will celebrate its grand opening weekend Aug. 11-12. At this celebration, pet parents can participate in activities, meet veterinarians, groomers, dog trainers and receive special offers.
In addition to the PetCoach store, Petco will celebrate a grand re-opening of one relocated store in Las Vegas, NV on Aug. 18-19:

Petco will also celebrate the grand opening of one new store and its veterinary hospital on Aug. 25-26:
- Clinton located at 1978 N 2000 W Suite D, Clinton, UT, 94015
Petco stores provide a one-stop shopping experience where pet parents can purchase anything from pet food to toys and apparel, while addressing the holistic wellbeing of pets via the grooming salon, dog training area, and an expanding array of veterinary service offerings for good pet health.
People and pets are invited to attend the grand opening festivities taking place at each store. Grand opening activities vary by store, but may include a ribbon cutting ceremony as well as in-store adoption events and special offers.
